Women's Self Defense Seminar

Join us for this informative, interactive seminar where you will learn tactics and techniques to help you defend yourself.  Juan and his staff

​Boot Camp

​​​Come sweat with us in this 30 minute lunchtime boot camp class!  Body weight exercises, Tabata style.  Bring yoga mat and dumbbells to each class.

​Time flies in this action packed, super fun circuit style workout!  30 minutes of intense exercise using effective, sanitized equipment.  Please bring your own yoga mat.
