Push yourself to the limit in this full body, intense workout!  Body weight, dumbbell and band work included.  Bring dumbbells, bands and a yoga mat to each class.

Build your butt and lose that gut in this intense 30 minute sculpting class.  The main focus is the glutes with some concentration on

 shredding the abs!!!

Develop strength and flexibility in this total body focused class!  Light dumbbells and ballet socks required.

​​​Come sweat with us in this 30 minute lunchtime boot camp class!  Body weight exercises, Tabata style.  Bring yoga mat and dumbbells to each class.
